This is another of the fruit tree species not native to Australia but found pretty much all over Australia,

This small tree was growing in my town behind an old house and one day a very strong wind gust pulled it over by the root, the tree itself was quite old but has not been looked after, watered and fertilised for a long time, therefore, the fruit was scarce and the quality wasn't there, very sour indeed, many diseases have passed through this tree so most of its branches were dead.

Interestingly I processed the whole tree and it produced 41 packs of 4 blanks each, this was about the middle of 2014 and until a couple of days ago I realised that I never listed these blanks so, these are the first packs of the 41 that will now be available to anyone.

Like most fruit trees Loquat wood is beautiful, multiple colours throughout, easy to work with and finish

The blanks are waxed for colours and grains enhancement.
