Welcome to our new web store, a place where you will find timbers not available in commercial shops or in any other places. Some are native to Australia, others have been introduced by the Settlers in the 1800's, and some have developed unique characteristics resulting from the growing conditions (soils, water, nutrients) and weather conditions experienced in that particular area (state). One other interesting fact is that, the vast majority of these wood species, were collected by me (George) and wife Merissa, in the process I documented the before during and after of all these efforts so, many of these woods have a story to go with it and you will be directed to them from the listings where, those wood sales will be offered...!
